"The staff were supportive, friendly, prompt, and professional. My concern was initially being provided a very dirty room in the basement level which was old, unkept, and filthy (had not been cleaned including the bathroom). When I requested another room the staff responded immediately. However, I do not understand why I was even given the room when there were other clean and more well-kept options avail."

"For one night it was fine to be close to the airport. Room was small with the 3 beds in it and they didn’t provide enough pillows. Staff was nice and helpful with getting bags up to room."

"正直のところ、金額に見合っていないと思いました。 まず清掃が行き届いていませんでした。客室のトイレには汚れが付着し、シャンプーボトルは蓋が開いており閉まらず使うことができませんでした。 朝食は美味しく景色もきれいでしたが、金額を加味した時に見合わないと思いました。 スタッフの対応はよく、パートナーが体調を崩したためチェックアウト後も部屋にいても良いかと聞くと了承してくれました。"
