"Very accommodating and great communication before, during, and after my stay. Awesome breakfast (Turkish /;Eastern European style)."

"We took a chance, having a 8 hours layover at Istanbul Airport, and ventured out for a refresh between flights. This hotel was perfect, a $18 15 minute cab ride from the airport, the receptionist and staff was welcoming. From the tea your gifted upon entrance to the luggage service, the staff was warm and welcoming. We were escorted to our room that was clean, spacious, and beat expectations. The room included a separate jacuzzi that we enjoyed and was relaxing. The restaurant had good choices...

"Taxi required for those with luggage"

"Clean room good breakfast. Airport shuttle was not organized properly and I had to take a taxi from airport to the hotel. I had to pay additional fro the taxi on the top of what I paid as Extral for airport transfer."

"From the moment we arranged transfer to and from airport, it was all perfect. The hotel was excellent. Staff were kind and friendly!"

"Very clean facility"

"I LOVED this hotel, staff was great, breakfast was good."

"Best breakfast of my life… a beautiful platter of over 25 items. Room was normal. Good value. Staff was wonderful: very helpful and spoke English well. Only problem was i saw an insect in the bathroom, on my last day here."

"The hotel was very close to all the tourist attractions a few minutes walk to the blue mosque, the staff were excellent, well spoken compared to other hotels that we stayed in the past. The room we stayed in needed a bit of maintenance, but other than that, very nice hotel, especially the ninth floor where the restaurant is. you’ve got a great view"

"Fantastic and very quaint hotel! Pick up was perfectly organized and when we arrived, we felt very welcome! Room service food was so good and generous for a vey reasonable price! Small breakfast bar, but everything you need is there! They offer you specialty coffees as well. Cappuccino was excellent! We were allowed late check out without a problem and shuttle is all taken care of. Rooms are very clean and you have everything you need to be comfortable and safe. Overall a vey positive...

"Great location, hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. It was easy to get to the attractions from the hotel and the area had a lot of shops and restaurants. Nice and quiet at night. We arrived very late and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind. He called a restaurant to see if they were still open and could accommodate us. Provided us with umbrellas because it was raining. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Istanbul."

"Good deal"
