"The walls to the rooms are very thin. The hotel was mostly vacant, but they booked our room right next to someone else’s room. The first night I heard two men arguing around 4:30 am for quite a while. The second night someone next door was yelling/screaming/ and loudly singing for hours. When I finally called the front desk at 1 am, it took another hour before it was resolved. We did not have restful nights either night."

"Room was unbelievably noisy , they had us in the staircase suite , all the vehicle noise and drunks running up and down all night long banging on the window and ac was horrible . The A/C-Heater kept needing to be reset , Towels were stained and dirty , bed sheets were stained , bed was comfy but very small , not a queen . Bathroom /toilet was very gross and mould behind toilet on floor . breakfast was ok , pancakes were good . Certain staff at desk were not great , cleaners were nice . Parking garage was a dump , very dirty and lots of things hanging from the roof . "

"It’s an old historic building. Was done really well. I never give scores that high but they earned it."

"Had to wait for someone to show up at the desk to checkin. When going to our room the hallway reeked if pot. When going to use the pool there was a disgusting film layering the top of the water. There were bugs and dirt on the window sill. The beds looked like they have been rolled in beds made up in a hurry."

"So so so loud I couldn’t sleep bc of the train which sucked bc I had driving I had to do. There were druggies fighting outside not fun. "

"My issue is the thinness of the walls and the amount of noise that carries from room to room. The area is pretty quiet the noise came within the hotel, both the adjoining rooms and down the hall. Then the breakfast is served quite late for travellers that need to leave early so I went without. Otherwise an average hotel"
