"Highly recommend. Beautiful views!"

"Our stay was good, we were only there one night."

"Clean and tidy."

"They had free parking on the premises. A great bar and restaurant. Lovely gardens and staff were very helpful. Room was clean and tidy."

"Perfect"

"The property was well situated, nice and close to the main city centre. The staff were friendly and polite, the food in the restaurant was very good. We would recommend this property and definitely stay again."

"Oh my goodness this stay was fabulous! We travelled New Zealand and this has been our favorite stay! Beachwood is perfectly located to everything and the room was beautifully appointed. We had a full kitchen, a comfy bed and plenty of living space to spread out into. Our hosts, Dion and Mackey were lovely. They gave us lots of tips and checked in daily to be sure we had everything we needed. Don't hesitate! Book it! You won't be disappointed! The Mahers - USA"

"Comfortable big bed. Lovely spa bath, easy parking, close to restaurants etc. great value for money"

"Swanky!! Amazing 1 night stay, wish we could be there longer."

"The property was spacious, easy access to places in Dunedin and a parking spot, but there is quite a bit of maintainance in the unit (15) required. The toilet, shower , bathroom , kitchen area need updating as really let the unit down and it wasn't that cheap to stay in. There was 1 flashing bulb that needs action in the sofa area and the bedside lamp nearest the window is dangerous as exposed wire and intermitant light and the plug needs moving as sleeping with a plug socket in your head area...

"Accomodation was very clean. Nicely equiped kitchen. The staff are very kind and helpful. Strongly recommend. Will return for futur stay."

"This boutique hotel was very charming, with lovely decor! The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Staff were also friendly and the view of the city was wonderful."

"Great place! Room very comfortable, private bathroom and shared kitchen. The owner lives in site very friendly and made excellent Mexican dishes. Will definitely be back! Cheers K. Logan Belleville, Ontario Canada"

"Lovely hotel."

"Nice clean room. Nice building. Nice hosts. Parking a bit awkward for larger vehicle as small parking space but it's an old building so can understand. One night parked in the street but another night managed to get into the car park, with 1cm away from the wall. Would recommend."
