"Good value, brand new hotel. Affordable restaurant on site and great free breakfast. Friendly staff. Only challenge is the wait at CDG to get on the shuttle (please make sure that you pre book it at check in well in advance of your departure). Other alternative is to take a taxis."

And they only had two check-in desks (one for diamond premium guests only) for a long long line of guests and seemed to be taking their sweet time with some guests. Like actually taking so long. The guy who checked me in was rude. He gave me my card and I wanted to just go to my room and he scolded me:/ telling me if I even knew how to get there. I was like...

"The hotel is located near the parking lot between Terminal 3 and Terminal 1 of CDVVAL station. It's about a 5-minute walk, but there are stairs. A welcome drink was provided. I booked a room with two single beds, but they only had a room with one king-size bed. While this is acceptable, I question the hotel's service. The room felt spacious with large windows and high ceilings. There was no refrigerator or safety deposit box. Drinking water can be obtained in front of the reception desk."

My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. I tried chat and was on hold for 20 minutes, so I called and was told I did get the lounge, but was never given a card key for it. So I had to go back downstairs, get in...
