"Everything was great"

"The room was clean and kitchen seemed to have everything we needed if we wanted to cook. It was quiet. The staff were friendly and the kids loved playing the games outdoors they had. It was awesome that there was a washer and dryer. The kids got dirty outside and we were able to wash their clothes. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that in the photos of the two bedroom it showed a garden tub and also a fireplace and our room had neither. I would have loved to soak in a hot bath. Also,...

"This property is mediocre. The breakfast is tolerable, no more. Interesting enough, there is a restroom in the food area. That is very strange. No kitchen or prep area that I saw. Don't expect any service even trash pickup unless you are staying a minimum of three nights. Save your towels, you will need them. I expect you can do better for the money in Show Low."

"AirPods went missing and were wiped which indicates they were not misplaced. Be careful and do not leave valuables in the room. I know it’s common sense but don’t make the same mistake. "

"The cabin was clean, cozy, and the bed very comfortable. The proximity to restaurants and parks made it all the more enjoyable. "

"The couple running this hotel were great and cared about my experience and the hotel itself was fine. I just wanted to give a heads up to other travelers with chemical sensitivities to highly scented/strong cleaning products. The residual odor was strong."

"Never been there in Show Low,AZ and had the opportunity to stay at Motel 6 for the night but was having a little trouble getting a ride to the airport, fortunately the owner/manager stepped up and volunteered in assisting me with this dilemma even though it was very early. WoW, that’s ‘Stellar’ Customer Service. Thank You:)"

"Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards."
