"Pictures are from 15 years ago. Took an hour to check in. They have no luggage carts. The snack room in picture was literally empty. Pergola outside was falling down and caution tape around it and they charge for parking and charge a deposit to your card that you will get back in 7-10 days. Then got to the room and roaches on walls and in bathroom, and hair in the tub. We left and didn’t stay. "

"Very nasty, worst experience ever. Walked into our “non-smoking” room that smelled like straight ashtray. The light didn’t work, & the floors were slippery like there was an oil like residue left on the floor. The tub faucet leaked & the drain was stopped up. I will say that yes, the A/C unit did blow cold, but it sounded so loud like it was about to blow up. The bed was very hard, I just would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I should have known when I walked in and there were no fewer that 3 signs that said NO REFUNDS. The parking lot was FULL of trash. We were there exactly 10 minutes. The room was FILTHY. I spilled water on the floor and used a towel to wipe it up and the towel was brown. The floor has not been swept. The lampshades had stains. The bedspreads were filthy/stained. The fan that was blowing at the pillows of the bed was dusty/dirty and gross and the cord of that fan was covered in mold. There was a giant power board/extension cord by the bed as well that was filthy. I complained to the front desk and the front desk called someone regarding a refund. Surprisingly our refund was approved-and then I was told that we would have to pay for a full night because my daughter took a 5 minute shower. (She jumped in the shower as soon as we arrived because we had been driving for 2 days and had an event when we hit town.) I asked for confirmation of the refund and was told their “word was gold” but that would have to secure my refund through Hotels.com. I spent 4 hours over 2 days trying to get this refund because each time Hotels.com trod to co tact the hotel to approve the refund the manager was unavailable. While waiting for the management to be called I began researching this hotel on other sites and learned that the mold/filth issues are common as are difficulties with management. FWIW-the woman at the front desk was pleasant/helpful. Housekeeping called us liars."

"The hotel was fine. A little dated and not my style but we were just there for a night. The A/C in our room was not working-the front desk moved us and the second room was better but still very humid in the rooms. Beds were squishy. Hotel housekeeping is *absolutely* not what is used to be. We found a full sized bath towel under the bed in room one and the personal coffee pot still had pods in it. Floors had not been swept well. We selected for location and were super last minute so this worked."

"Clean apartments, full kitchen, friendly staff. Parking is great too and manager is great. She is direct and to the point and will help! "

"Breakfast is terrible. Nothing to eat. Very limited amount of foods to choose. Poorly set up. I am very disappointed. "

"Obviously not a fancy place, but it does everything well. Clean, good breakfast included, even a small well kept pool, airport shuttle, rooms are well thought out."
