"This is my first time using a shared house. The guests from New Zealand are wonderful! I did not interact with the other guests, but they are cordial and civil. Overall, the entire place is clean; the kitchen, the refrigerator, the laundry room, and the living room are well kept."

"Hotel was nice. No one was actually working the front desk, but was greated over the phone and checked in via camera. Parking was available in garage which was great. Door to my room had trouble shutting all the way and locking but overall room was very nice. I was woken up around 1-3 AM because of others returning to their rooms and being very loud. Not great noise cancellation from other rooms."

"We were only there for one night but it was perfect for our situation. We were traveling with our dogs, and this was the only place that would allow 3 pups. The place was super clean albeit a bit outdated. The room was super quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking the dogs. Plenty of parking around the building. We will be coming back next time we are in the city."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable with a pleasant and unique bedding package. Close to bus and train stations so getting around was easy. Overall we had a very nice experience."

"New, clean building. Rooms are on the smaller side, and designed with poor ergonomics which makes for an uncomfortable stay. Had some trouble communicating with the front desk. We did not receive housekeeping service for a 5 night stay, this is unacceptable. The bathroom door is sliding frosted glass so doesn’t latch shut or lock and leaks a lot of light into the room during the night when in use. Elevator requires the room key card to go to your floor, which was not explained to us at check in,...

"Clean room good location by downtown & waterfront pier and it’s one of the tallest hotels in seattle so we had a very nice view on the 41st floor :) had a great experience for my bfs birthday "

"Lovely hotel but the bed sqeaked everytime I moved. The cheek of being told that if I wanted to drink the water provided I would have to pay was a bad check in impression for a room of over £300 a night. Penny pinching. Not a very good impression."
