We had a beautiful suite. Comfy bed. Things that could be changed were the pillows all 4 super fluffy. I like a flatter pillow. Chair in master bath was worn and tv had no signal in bathroom. Cleanliness of the floors is not good. Few towels and only one ice machine for three floors. The location of the hotel is great though. Close to a mall, restaurants and Red Rock! I suspect third party guest are placed in the least desirable rooms based on cleanliness and amenities not in the room. ...

Housekeeping never cleans during your stay. I had to ask for soap because there wasn't any in the room (no hand soap, body wash, shampoo, or conditioner).
