"We loved our stay at Rock House Cottage. It was super cute and cozy and had everything we needed plus lots of thoughtful extras from the hosts like bread, milk and jams. Excellent walking from the cottage or jump in the car to explore further a field. There is lots of information in the cottage of attractions and walking across Devon. "Do not book this property or any others managed by Kamila. She failed to send a payment link or access instructions, ignored over a week of emails, calls, voicemails and texts, ignored Hotels.com trying to get in touch as well, didn't send us an access code until TWO HOURS after check-in, and then had the audacity to lie to me by saying I didn't send her any messages because her assistant (I'm confident this person doesn't exist) would have seen them. Give your money to someone who isn't a liar...

"Wir waren mit 5 Personen 9 Tage im Haus und fanden es sehr gemütlich dort. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer einem Föhn). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Lediglich im Wohnzimmer hat uns ein Sitzplatz gefehlt, die Sofas sind für 2 Leute in Ordnung, aber für 3 zu klein. Insgesamt war es im Haus schön."

"A little underwhelming, pictures made it look better than it was. Bedrooms and bathroom fine but kitchen and lounge not great, smelt musty and didn’t really want to use anything in the kitchen! Location great, bathroom and bedding clean. It was nice and warm with a thermostat to keep it to the right temperature. "The one bed room apartment i stayed in is very clean and tidy. The bed is very confortable; i had good night sleep in here. On the down side, i had to chase the email for checkin procedures. The phone number provided in the email confirmation is wrong. "The Mole resort was lovely, clean well laid out. It would be good for families but we attended in 2 couples. We had a lovely time. The lodges are well equipped and have everything you need. Unfortunately we did have lots of flies which made it difficult to open windows. And our checkin was 4pm but our lodge wasn’t ready until almost 4.30pm which was disappointing. We would definitely go again, it didn’t put us off. "
