"Beautifully appointed easy parking gracious host"

"Although the room wasn’t huge for 2 beds, it was very nicely done. They thought about every issue you can have: storage, electrical plugs, etc. In our room, there was even a light in the bath overhead that acts like a nightlight. My cousin and I were very impressed. We were close to town but out to make it easy to take day trips elsewhere. I can see where it might be a little challenging to park in Saugatuck during season."

"No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Coffee only and starts at 9 a.m. Need it earlier than that. Also, no internet and TV might have been affected by it. Only one channel available. Otherwise, it is a very cute and clean property. The owners are very sweet and accommodating. Close to everything, a pleasant walk to Saugatuck. We would stay again. Maybe a commercial prewrapped muffin placed in the room as a breakfast offering. Coffee service at 8?"

"Perfect spot that is also within close proximity to Holland which we absolutely adore. The space is small and convenient for somewhere to just relax and sleep then get up the next day and go out and explore, shop, eat, etc. This isn’t an extravagant place so if you’re into that this isn’t for you but if you’re pretty simple and don’t care for all the extra stuff and just need a place that is more affordable then I recommend this one!"

"Everything from the location (everything walkable from Inn) to amineties (Jacuzzi, board games, pool house) to breakfast (freshly made from scratch), and snacks (including free happy hour drinks). The same staff have all worked there for years and really work well together. I felt like I was visiting family. The rooms were super comfortable."

" Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. "

"Basic breakfast but surprisingly nice. Scrambled eggs and sausage, one waffle maker, pastries. Coffee. Behind it there’s the Forest . Beautiful. Close to all Saugatuck activities. Toilet got clogged but a simple plunger maneuver and my husband fixed it. Nice hot tub rooms. Those are always on the first floor. If you don’t need the hot tubs opt for the second floor because the ceiling is thin and you can hear everyone stomping on the upper level very well. Clean place though and nice pool and...

"Tracey and Mark are absolutely amazing. So kind and thoughtful, they make you feel like you’re part of their family. House is clean, they are very helpful and accommodating, and breakfast is fantastic. I hope I get a chance to go back, would stay again anytime."

"This inn is beautifully kept and very convenient to most everything you want to do in Holland! Judy cooks an absolutely fantastic breakfast in the morning. Be sure not to miss it! Her husband, Carl even let me take some of the empanadas home since some of the guests didn’t come down for breakfast that morning. Overall highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast!"

"Great location a few blocks from the main shopping district of historic Holland , walkable Starbucks, coffee in the lobby, breakfast to order, not included. Uniquely designed rooms, quite fun! Looks like they’re going through an expansion so construction affecting one end of the building and the parking lot was compromised, but not an issue"

" there could have been a bigger selection of food for breakfast like some scrambled eggs and bacon. the TV had a minimum of channels and there no instructions on use and no way to get some outside channels. I would say it was an ok stay for the price and location, however if th property wants to improve it needs to add more to it's amenities and breakfast"
