"Great stay, my room was lovely, staff were friendly and breakfast was really good quality. There is a pub directly opposite and my room faced it so there was a bit of noise and not quite as peaceful as I was hoping. No air con in the rooms probably due to the age but the fan provided was of good ..."

"Room was good, clean & well presented except towel rail did not heat so towels did not dry. 3 night stay with damp towels that were not replaced despite being left on shower floor. Reatuarant service non existent, used first evening t hen not again as so awful."

"Stay was distinctly average. The rooms are comfortable but in need of an update. There was no milk in the room so had to go down to reception every time you wanted a brew.
