"The customer service have been amazing. The staff have promptly replied to all of my inquiries through messenger. The location has a private beach and guests are free to use their snorkelling gear. Although the beach is a little bit rocky, the marine life underneath is alive, perfect to snorkel around. The food was great too! "We were booked in penthouse floor and the hotel is constructing another floor above, with no mention of it on the booking website Nor at check-in. Very dishonest practice!
