"Our room was dirty Bed not changed from last occupant They had also left all their luggage in the room and rubbish Tea/coffee not replenished and towels dirty from previous occupants Was like we had just been given someone else’s room"

"The only issue was lack of staff at breakfast. The staff that were there were working hard but struggled to keep things topped up whilst coffee machines needed emptying/filling up and tables needed clearing. Food was good quality and plentiful"
