"My room was as expected. Clean, Tidy and just the right size for one occupant. The staff were great and i had some good conversations with them. They were very knowledgeable about the area. The one downside (not their fault) was that the wifi was not working. I work remotely so this was a big issue for me. The surrounding area has some great little eateries and the barber next door gave me a great haircut and a shave for 15 euros....I love Nice and this was a nice spot.......Not sure that I saw...

"Perfect location and great staff. Walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. 15 minute drive from the airport. We ubered for longer trips that weren’t walkable and never had an issue getting an uber. The room was clean and spacious but the carpet was stained, that’s the only reason for 4 stars for cleanliness. The staff is great! Very helpful and responsive. "Yes our room was in a location with excellent views. The owner of the hotel was most helpful as were all the staff. My only concern is that although my wife and I are in our eighties and still relatively fit the steep stairs could prove a challenge for some. Can’t wait for our next visit."
