"The Gym was under repair, I ordered Water, I think they forgot , after an hour call them , they bring a small one , another 15 min to get it. One day I want to sleep more than usual at 9 they start to do noise , I think they were under remodeling or something . I have some clothes to clean , they told me that next day I will have them, it was 9pm , I have to call them twice to get my clothes, Terrible service , never get back."

"Very disappointing experience. We got here earlier this week and had a ridiculous encounter with the hotel receptionist. He told me that I need to say hello upon arrival and was super rude. I confronted him about this and things escalated. He proceeded to throw my phone down on the floor and sludge his food on me. Nice warm welcome huh?
