"The staff was super nice and helpful. They let us store our bags for the day before we could check in. The room was plenty big for our family of 5 with the pull out couch . The beds were really comfortable and clean. It was the perfect place to stay with just minutes away from the airport. We’ll be staying here again."

"I was told online and on the phone that a shuttle ran from the hotel to the airport every hour...we had to wait over a hour and half.
We were told a shuttle could pick us up at the port after our cruise...there wasn't.
We were told a shuttle ran from the hotel 24 hours a day , on every hour. Not true.
