"Stay was lovely. Room clean and quiet. Unfortunately we think we left behind an item in our room after we left. Three days of calling the hotel to check and no-one has picked up the phone yet. No response using email or online chat facility either. Very frustrating."

"Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there.
