"I reserved a room which showed a room with a kitchenette and windows, but they insisted I was going to get a windowless studio with only a shared kitchen. This went against everything that was on the Expedia website. I emailed them for a few days and no one responded. Then 24 hours before my arrival I started texting back and forth until I was given what I reserved. It was very stressful."

"We stayed in the Penthouse Apartment at the Lady Hamilton Hotel. Is was an awesome layout right in the middle of Gamla Stan. Awesome place to stay, within walking distance of many things. "

"We were greeted with...we don't have room for you.....they found a space at Nynashamn Campground in a cabin on the coast.....50 to 60 kms from Stockholm . A train pass cost an extra 350€ so we could visit Stockholm for 2 days. We got up at 4a to drive to Stockholm to catch a 7.30a ferry Fri. The staff at Nynashamn Campground did all they could to make our stay better."

The bath was not in god condition and in the third sat simeons has been in the apartment and something was smeltede om the bathroom fluor and not clean Alain, egen er returnere to the apartment. We would have liked, that the description of the apartment told, that it was om 5th fluor and there was no elevator. "

"I can’t say enough about this establishment. From the superb location and fantastic staff to the beautifully designed rooms and endless amenities—every detail feels intentional. My niece and I flew to Stockholm for the Ed Sheeran concert, and staying here was hands down the best choice we made. The vibe is modern yet cozy, with thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The atmosphere makes you feel instantly at home, while the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is seamless and memorable. We loved the cool communal spaces, wellness activities, and the sense of community the hotel fosters. Downtown Camper isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. "We had an amazing stay at Hotel at Six!!! We were on the 12th floor, facing the square and slept so well (totally quiet). The check in was a breeze. Our beds were very comfortable the lovely bathroom was big enough! I was traveling with two teens and we all loved the breakfasts buffets. It has a wide variety of drinks, coffees and constantly replenished food options. We had 3 mornings there and never felt bored of the buffet. We liked the gym as it had great cardio and weights machines. Plus it had fresh towels, water and an espresso machine. We also used the sauna in the locker room and felt it was great. Just needs time to heat up!"

"I stayed here with some friends and overall, our time at this hotel was great. Parking our rental was easy, the staff was very welcpming snd friendly and answered all of our questions with a smile. The room was modern, clean, and spacious. Yes, there was a little construction noise in the morning but nowhere near what we thought it would be, not enough to complain about it. The view from our room was amazing, too. It was a great stay. "
