But it is also next to like 2 bars or some sort of gathering spot for locals who were drunk and loud and music was going until almost 3 am. We heard screaming and loud music all night long. "When we first arrived there was nobody at the front desk but a phone to direct us and I called and the manager was very helpful. Got us our room and code to get in. Our room was very small but we were there only for a night and didn’t need much. The common kitchen was great! Spent our evening here meeting others and eating. Everything was very clean! "No code pot or TV in our room"

"Room was a box with no ventilation. It was new and clean but bare bones w the cheapest fixtures. We needed a code to get in but that was not sent. Fortunately someone was walking in and helped us, but no apology, just murmurings about how Expedia apps often don’t work. If it wasn’t for the person who unexpectedly came by, we never would have gotten in. I called the Expedia number only to be told that I didn’t have any trips. Super frustrating. "

"Room was clean, street parking was easy, provided snacks were a nice and useful touch after a long drive. Honestly the hardest part was accessing the check-in instructions as a PDF through the Expedia app. This is mostly an issue with Expedia, but an interim fix could be to provide the room number and cide as a text message rather than PDF within Expedia."

"The owner picked us up from the airport in Keflavik. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and relaxing and decorated with artwork and plants. The owner and his wife were very accommodating and attentive. The location is within walking distance of a grocery store and local restaurants. It is located in a very safe area. "The room was beautifully appointed and very clean. We opted for the Sapphire suite with access to the hot tub. (side note- this is advertised as being private, but it is on a shared balcony with no dividers). We also chose to include breakfast and that was wonderful. There were many hot and cold food options and a good variety of beverages as well. Great offering especially when traveling with kids. You should absolutely visit the spa if you get a chance. It was the best way to end our trip....
