"Hotel staff very professional, friendly and helpful. Our room (Executive with king bed) was very comfortable and spacious. Note that there are no elevators/lifts at the hotel so if you have trouble managing stairs, reserve a ground floor room. However the staff carried our largest luggage up and down the stairs for us. "The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed using the pool before breakfast when it wasn't busy. We felt there wasn't enough social space to sit and have a coffee and chat with other guests. There also seemed to be a problem with the courtyard bar which wasn't open during our stay."
