"we stayed on the 35 floor and loved it. Rooms were quiet, view was phenomenal. The infinity pool was awesome. Service was excellent. security guards helpful. This place is very affordable 5 minutes walk to restaurants and shopping centers. We are extremely satisfied with our stay."

"Location was great, right in the heart of the city. Walkable to many malls, cafes and entertainment places. Only con was that there were quite a number of beggars around the area. Room was clean and big (was in the basic room with no window but not an issue since it was intended to ensure we won't hear the noise). "The club room was nice and clean and tidied every day with the mini fridge restocked with complimentary soft drinks. The staff were great, there to help. Good breakfast either in the executive lounge where it was calm with a limited choice but enough if you want a peaceful breakfast before a busy day. "Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay."

"STAFFS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ROOMS ARE WIDE AND CLEAN. JADE PAVILLION RESTAURANT SERVES GOOD FOODS AND SERVICES. LOCATION IS CONVENIENT, CONNECTING TO THE PAVILLION MALL. "

"everything is ok : near shopping center ,good price with 5star ,fast check-in ,wifi is so good"

"Service staff was so awesome. Hotel room was good and clean. This hotel was best because it was near city at The Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square, TRX and some more.. I love it so much. I will come again next time. So I recommend you should book this hotel."

"The hotel is in a good location with new facilities. Staffs are very friendly. The only thing needs to improve is breakfast. There're only 8 options normally, so it's even more boring when we stay for 4 nights and were informed that half of them are not available."
