"Everyone was very friendly helpful. The rooms are clean. The pool was clean. There was always towels available in the room and at the pool breakfast was good for a hotel."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very polite. The breakfast was adequate. It was the typical scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes with bacon bits. You had a choice of cold cereals or oatmeal. Breads consisted of toast, bagels, or muffins. Juices and coffee or tea. Everything was self-serve. Everything was clean and neat but just the run of the mill budget hotel breakfast."

"The facility is very tired. Needs a lot of TLC. Room Carpet dirty, bathroom door drug on the floor, very hard to open and shut. Checked in Friday evening, left out on Tuesday, no room service at all. No fresh towels, kleenex box in bathroom was emptied for 2 days. Room very damp, perhaps a dehumidifier system in the air system would be helpful. Smelled damp and musty. Only one elevator working for everyone to use. 3 adults shared the room."

"The room was falling apart. Floor tile in bathroom was cracked and sunk in. The carpet was stained and gross, so was the chair. The entire place had a funky smell. Walls were this and could here babies crying and couples fighting. Positives: Really good breakfast and we had an amazing view of the Arkansas River. We also loved the location. I highly recommend they remodel the place as it would be excellent to stay there if they just updated all the wore out gross stuff."

"The dead bolt locked my son in his room and the maintenance/cook guy eventually arrived to tell him thats just the way the lock is. This could have been a life threatening situation. The lock needs replaced! The ice machine was broken. The breakfast tasted like mold (obviously hasn't been clean in who knows when). The breakfast was the worst frozen microwaved eggs and sausage. The front desk tool personal calls on speaker phone while checking us and others in. Not emergency type stuff, leisurely...

"The pool and spa had handicap chair lifts. The pool opens early if you want to swim before you leave. The Staff were nice. The Cleaning Crew did a great job. I would stay here again."

"I hated the smells!! once I was there I got use to it but I would not stay there again. Learned my listen the name of a hotel doesn't mean anything but the price does. So cheap is not always good or nice but especially safe. I had asked for a kitchen but I didn't get a stove just counter top and cabinet space. I don't think this place should show up on filters where we request a kitchen or kitchennet or full kitchen. The carpets need an up date or very DEEP clean. It smelled like weed and...

"Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms...
