Hi Deborah, we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. Regarding the heating, we are currently geothermally heated. Because of this we are unable to change the temperature by room, instead having to have it all the way on or all the way off for the entire resort.

Hi Pamela, we do apologize. Due to the remote nature of our resort, communication is not always the easiest to maintain. We are currently working towards upgrading our systems to ensure a more consistent form of contact.

Hello, unfortunately our decision to not allow anyone under 18 in the hot springs is based on Alaska state law. Due to the unfiltered nature of the water, the temperature, and the excess of minerals, our hot spring has been deemed potentially harmful to youths. Therefore, we cannot permit anyone unable to legally sign a waiver, per Alaska statutes. Thank you.
