this is an AWESOME place, everything was GREAT, would definitely recommend this hotel and telling all our friends and family, if in Fairbanks...Don't stay anywhere else.PERIOD

If you are looking for a super nice place to stay in Fairbanks, look no further. This place is amazing. Super Super clean, Room is over and beyond what is advertised. Property manager does an excellent job on communicating the check in process, property location and notifying you when you can check in. I could live in this place. Excellent view out the back of a beautiful garden. Located just a few miles from the airport and all the local activities. This is one of the nicest places I have had the opportunity to stay. If you don't book this one, you are missing out. All smiles from SC.

Yvonne was very thorough and the room made us completely feel like we were at home. Everything made available to cook too!

The room was great and the host was brilliant. We did not have a cell phone and she booked a cab at 6 in the morning so that w could make our connection.

It's an apartment.

First thing to understand is this is an apartment not a hotel room. I did appreciate this fact. The apartment has everything you need to be self sufficient. There is no reception you are sent a pin and that gets you into the apartment building and your room. It is some way from downtown so you will need a rental car of uber it. My only complaint was small windows resulted in a lack of light. I would definitely stay again.

Very nice "home away from home"

Comfortable and roomy suites. Even though there was no one on site 24/7 it was very easy to connect with the person in charge when we needed to have supplies replenished. She responded very quickly and was very accommodating. It would have been nice to have a tub/shower combo instead of just a shower but this did not take away from the positive impressions we had of the suite. Would definitely recommend this facility to others planning a visit to Fairbanks

Visit to Fairbanks

We had a very nice few days in Fairbanks and wanted an apartment to do our own catering and come and go as we pleased and not be tied down with meal times. It was very well equipped with a good kitchen and laundry facilities.

First Class Facilities at Bargain Rate

We arrived around 2:00 a.m. and easily accessed our room with the security code which had been provided via email. The room was clean and had all of our necessities. The next day we met the manager who collected our payment and provided invaluable information about Fairbanks.

This property is a non-traditional facility. The room is outstanding. It has a kitchen facility and is a very clean and well-maintained facility. We never saw the innkeeper, but the electronic communication served well. However, it was different not having a formal check-in. Following the key code, we were able to check and enjoy the room. We would return again. The location makes you wonder if you made a mistake, because it is a converted house.

Schönes Zimmer im Privathaus

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe des sehr schönem Universitäts Gelände. Mit dem Suto zum Pinonier Park dauert es ca. 5-7 Minuten. Nach Downtown ca 15 Minuten. Das Zimmef ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Kleine Küche großes Bett großer Kühlschrank. Parkplatz und WLAN sind inklusive. Das Zimmer ist über einen Code zu öffnen welcher per Email versendet wird. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten

Great Price and Facilities!

For the location and price in Fairbanks this is a steal! Fairbanks accommodation is extremely expensive, Studio 6 Extended Stay provides accommodation at such a fantastic price. People should understand that this is not a hotel with a foyer, concierge etc, but rather an apartment, which is fully furnished with a fridge, stove, oven and microwave! Free WI-Fi, the TV channels are basic but that's ok. To access the room you punch in a code to get into the apartment complex (6 apartments in the complex) and then enter another code to your room - so no key required which is great! Yvonne, is so friendly and very helpful, she was fantastic and allowed us to have a late checkout of 2pm because we got back from a tour at 5:30am. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Fairbanks!!!

clean studio and nice staff

we arrived late and the owner left clear v-message to instruct self check-in process, very convenient. You could call her 24x7 for any questions. The studio is very clean and maintained very well. Nice stay. The mattress is a little old and soft for us.

There is no staff on premise.

When I booked I thought this was a hotel. It's not. There is no staff on premise. No phone to call if there is an issue. My cell didn't have service in Alaska. Felt very isolated.
