"Used my 'Key points' for this stay. Took our son to his PennState orientation. The AC in our room made a very loud noise every time it came on. I thought it was a truck starting up. This was a constant ALL night. We were unable to sleep. The next day, we packed up at 6, and checked out at 7:30. Staff was VERY friendly though."

"Arrived early, even earlier than an “early” check in time would be, and multiple staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth process. GM (Brendan?) was excellent and attentive. The Room was clean, bed was super comfortableI and considering there’s like 3 pubs/restaurants attached to the building it was quiet and relaxing. It’s an older building that’s been renovated and has a boutique feel to it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again… which I am for Move in...

"Great location for event we were attending. We did not use any of the amenities that were offered. Rooms are updated and clean. Great little balcony to sit on after a day of running around. I do think that at check-in, staff should let you know that rooms are cleaned every other day, so new towels and complimentary coffee will not be restocked in your room if you are staying more than one night.
