Khách sạn Fairlawn

"The property had easy access and presented well. Overall a positive stay. Ate breakfast out."

"When I walked into the front desk it smelled terribly. I went to check-in, wasn't a problem. I asked to see the pool and I was told that it wasn't operatable, you know, where the hot tub, when I made the reservations through Expedia, everything was fine. I see my grandchildren once every 3 months, and this was a trip that I had planned and needless to say, I had very disappointed grandsons because of false advertisement. "Outstanding service"

"The front desk staff was VERY RUDE!"

"The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235"

"The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, checked in on us throughout our stay, helped with a tv remote issue and offered extras to compensate for our very small issue. Breakfast was great as well as the kitchen staff who made sure everything was kept well stocked. Room was clean and comfortable. Best hotel stay we have had in quite some time! We will definitely be back again when we visit our Hokie at VT!"

"I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn next time"

It was like a dorm room with no decoration. It did not seem like a good value, especially with another $30 per night pet fee on top of that. None of the breakfast was fresh except for some fruit (all pre-packaged items). There were no handicap accessible automatic doors to get...
