"The Front Desk “Ethan” evening shift, was very attentive. Hotel was clean, lounge is quiet and beautiful, bartender at the lounge really graceful and made really nice drinks much better than your typical bar. Love the quietness and privacy. Rooms are fresh, clean, and elegant. I would only gripe about the breakfast, not hot meals or anything. Just muffins and yogurt/oatmeal cups. But that’s about it"

"We had a very nice stay. The room was spacious and the restaurant and bar were exactly what we needed. However, there were two issues. First, the area around the pool and in the hot tub had a lot of leaves/plant debris. There were not many guests there that weekend (judging by the parking lot), but it looked like the pool area had not been cleaned for a few days. The other issue was that on the Saturday night of our stay, there was a large party outside on the grounds. The band was playing right underneath our room and it was very loud. We were still on Eastern time body clock and wanted to turn in early. The band didn't finish until 10 pm; we couldn't hear the TV over the band and they kept us awake. Since there were so few guests that evening and since the party must have been booked well in advance, it is unclear why the staff didn't just put us on the other side of the building to begin with."

Their positive attitudes and willingness to help have made a tremendous difference during a stressful period in our lives. I stay in hotels frequently and interact with many hospitality professionals. I can honestly say that this team has gone above and beyond. The property is clean, well-maintained, welcoming, and professionally operated. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel valued and respected. While Motel 6 may not offer all the amenities of some higher-priced hotels, the quality of customer service here rivals or exceeds many well-known brands. The atmosphere is comfortable, the staff is attentive, and the overall experience has been exceptional. Please extend my sincere gratitude to Caden, Alejandra, Andrea, and the entire team.
