"The staff was great"

"We went in a pinch due to construction issues in our home. It was a really nice stay!"

"This was a terrible place to stay: we’d already paid for our stay and would have left if able. It took 4 days to get our sink to drain. The shower water pressure was very weak and it did not get repaired until day 4 of our stay. Found someone’s socks on a chair. Pool in disrepair and could not be used. Good coffee and breakfast. Staff was pleasant but unable to get fix-it staff to help with bathroom repairs. Do not recommend this hotel!!"

"We checked in around midnight and none of our TVs worked. The night manager couldn’t get them to work. So it was the next afternoon before any of our TVs worked. Disappointing after driving 6 hours to discover no TV."

"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"Staff were helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early. We weren’t looking for any extras, just a place to sleep for the night and they were great. It was quiet and we weren’t looking able to get a good night’s sleep and head out early the next day."

"Needed a place to lay my head and it served that purpose. Room was not clean, women's hair was still everywhere and smelled of smoke in a completely smoke free facility, allegedly. Not entirely sure what kinda raging party or a fight was happening outside around 2am and again at 4am but that's cool. Wanted to use the gym, nope; wanted to swim before departing, nope; wanted some breakfast before leaving, again nope. I did get a cup of coffee out of the lobby that wasn't terrible so that was a...

"The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. "

"The only complaint we have was the water pressure in our shower, which may be out of anyone's control, other than that, everything was perfect!"

"Before this trip, we did not know about Drury. Stephanie checked us in from the beginning was extremely helpful and friendly, and actually remember my name several hours later when I walked to the desk. The location where we stayed had breakfast and dinner included with the room price. I was thoroughly impressed and will be traveling in the future and will stay at Drury whenever we do."
