"This used to be much nicer with much more attentive staff. Staff we talked with, English is a second language. A bit difficult to understand The room furniture was well used, sofa bed showed lots of wear and tear. Bed was comfortable. We had an issue with their "room service". I would never order from them again. Overall, if you are just staying the night, might be worth the discounted price."

"We started off with trying to check in at an un-manned front desk in the weirdest hotel “lobby” ever. I had to call twice on the phone to get anyone to come to the desk. Then the man was extremely slow and seemed very confused through the process. Despite having a beer & wine cooler at the desk he was unable to sell us one due to not having a license….? "This was the worst place that I've stayed in the Bloomington area. There was no one at the check-in desk. My room was VERY dirty. It was not cleaned at all. The bed,at least, was made. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back. You should not be advertising this site on Expedia !!!!!! AWFUL"
