"We had a lovely stay for 5 days in this little oasis with beautiful gardens full of plants and flowers. It felt very private and tranquil. The staff are very kind and welcoming and the place is very clean and tidy. The property opens out to the beach which is sandy apart from full tide when the sea reaches the steps. "We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...
