"We stayed here for 3 nights. I will start with the positives. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable. Water pressure was decent and there was plenty of hot water. The hotel was nice and close to where we needed to be very early two mornings in a row. The staff was also very friendly.

"The room was fine, it seemed clean until we opened the couch bed. It was stained with pee and had candy and chips all over it. The lady at the Front Desk offered to come wipe it down but it was too gross. Later they replaced it. The breakfast was average, nothing special. The thing that really blew my mind was they were charging $4 for ONE candy bar. I've slept in 4 star hotels that don't charge that much. The Front Desk Lady commented "this is a hotel". I was going to buy two candybars...

"Only real negative was it had just one elevator to service 3 floors and also used by the cleaning staff so at times there was a good wait. "We stayed at this hotel for three days, and our overall experience was excellent. The hotel was very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
We also enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained throughout our stay.

"Property is a great location to USAFA which we were visiting. Initial staff on check in was great, her name began with a C. Other staff at the desk were mediocre. My room was supposed to be Mountain View but was not. I also paid for a room with housekeeping but got none, not even emptying of trash or refilling coffee in the room. Overall I would stay again due to location. It is basic, clean, and that’s all we needed. My advice to My Place management is that the little details do matter."
