"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. We stayed at 3 separate hotels between the two main islands (including the actual Sheraton) and this was easily our favourite. The only thing I will say is it...

"Staff were friendly and helpful - they very kindly organised dinner for me, and I was the only one in the restaurant but portion sizes were great and well priced. Room was very basic but clean, has strong AC and hot water. It wasn’t the quietest hotel in the evening but its proximity to the airport was what I needed, and I had a very early start anyway. Airport transfer was included in my room rate which was great!"

"Amoa is just a magic place they make you feel like family. From the check in lady's, to Joe and Joshua our resort attendants to the amazing Henry our go to man, we thank you and miss you already. We will be back! The resort is stunning and reckon one of the best on Savai'i (the real Samoa)."

"Staff were so friendly and amazing our whole stay. The breakfast was fresh and tons of it and especially the pikelets, a real winner for the kids. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile. The rooms oceanside were the best rooms of the 2 beach resorts we stayed at and the beach is truly picturesque and the sunset every night was better than a postcard! The staff put on a fiafia on...

"Nice facilities. Friendly staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Safe parking. No food inclusions but a good cafe across the road and also a lovely Indian restaurant. Minor issue was the storage room for the cleaning items was right next to the room which impacted on privacy."

"Just a one night stay with a day stay which was very helpful. Friendly staff, lovely grounds and a nice pool. Breakfast was included. Good suggestions in the info book. Minor niggles would be some dated/stained towels and floor mats and the loud gym across the road which they obviously could do little about. One could close the door and shut the occasional noise out. I would stay again perhaps in the very nice looking fale's !"

"Staff: were helpful during my stay. Clean room: little things they need to remember to have in the room everyday e.g - t/towels, shower curtain, bath mat, change coffee sachet packets to bushells, n other brands not the ones they have. Breakfast: almost same food everyday, needed to have a variety of local vegetables especially avocado, pineapples, etc..needed to have a TV in the breakfast area to catch up with what's happening like the Independence program and other important news.
