The staff was accommodating and courteous. We had a comfortable two weeks stay.

Overall a good stay. The staff was friendly. They use a cleaning product that the smell is really unpleasant. I think it smells like cat liter. I know it’s a cleaning product though because I tried it and when I walked in my room that’s all I could smell!

Very clean, comfortable beds, but our room was right next to the lobby and it was so noisy. We were woken up at 7am by all the people getting breakfast. It a not good spot for a room.

The location of the property isn't in the nicest area. The front desk staff wasn't always available. The breakfast was good. There was alot of variety of food and drink and it was well stocked.

Me and my family love this place best staff best breakfast in the area. Room are super clean and if you see something that needs to be cleaned or worked on within minutes they on it witch is awesome.. Will definitely continue going

The cleaning products used in the lobby are very smelly. The smell triggered a migraine!

The rooms are completely disgusting. They do not clean those rooms. The floor of the room was sticking. I do not recommend staying there. If you do expect a dirty room, the breakfast in the morning was fine but restaurants around there they suck.

The room it’s self was ok, we faced the back.. the problem is they tell people to go smoke in the back.. so we were woken with load music playing in peoples cars that are back there, at night people talking and talking and smoking (later found out they were employees). The pool was small but that wasn’t the problem.. issue was no towels even when we asked twice kids had to go all wet up to the room.. the pool area was disgusting dirty .. green mold looking along the windows and dirt balls of hair floating in there and on the deck and just plain dirt like no one ever cleaned or washed the deck! Breakfast was fine. Found that the guy who checked us in was cold didn’t really welcome us. Only words to me was credit card and ID! Didn’t explain breakfast or where anything was! A little disappointing

So clean and professional.. I'm definitely coming back with my family again easy in and out highway. Plaza is walking distance and very quiet clean neighborhood..

Before check out. We have Hotel cleaners come knock on the door and when told that we are extending an hour to check out. He than came 15 minutes later and try opening the door. Other than that. great place and Would come back.

Service was amazing!!!
The person that checked me in was so amazing. Ugh so polite so friendly smile was just magnetic voice was so calm low and welcoming. The first room that I was put in I didn't feel ok in because it smelled like smoke...and as soon as I said something the response was immediate concern and "I'm going to give you another room". The ease and convenience was unmatched. Excellent job! Please praise this employee!

Had an emergency situation and needed a room for the night I haven’t been there since the remodeling and let’s just say I’m glad I did. Place was beautiful ,clean and was shocked by the dove products. Will definitely stay again. Thank you
