"Expedia confirmed my reservation but the moment i arrived, its even passed the check in time, the front desk couldn’t give me a room with an indefinite waiting time. I waited for more than an hour, i had to call customer service and patiently go back and fort to ask for available room until they were forced to give me one. I came from a 12 hrs drive and had to stop and check in due to the blizzard. Online booking was supposedly for my convenience and yet it did not serve any convenience at all,...

"We had a quick one-night stay in Lincoln. The hotel was just off the interstate, and easy to access. There were a number of restaurants in the area. They advertise a hot breakfast, but the only thing hot were the waffles (not my favorite). It was a very clean, comfortable family owned and run hotel. I would certainly stay again, and I do recommend them if you are looking for clean comfortable hotels with limited amenities. And the price was right!"

"Overall it was decent but Marriott’s used to be top of the line. This one was run down and the breakfast area was not kept clean and food options was not refreshed … for the price we expected a little better but overall it was good "

"First room the toilet would not flush/tank would not fill unless I took off the tank lid and held the flapper down until the tank filled. Second room smelled horrible. Possible carpet freshener used excessively. Borrowed a vacuum and vacuumed 3 times and purchased an air purifier but it didn't help. I left after one night in each room with two more nights prepaid for that I was unable to get a refund for. Horrible experience and I definitely don't recommend this hotel. "

"What a hidden gem! Staff were so grand helpful. Our room was clean. Breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve had when staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out. The breakfast had cereal, but only chocolate milk; the fruit tasted slightly rancid; the two bite...
