"A computer issue caused me to be charged for the 19th, when I wanted the 20th. Tried to fix the issue with Hotels.com but was referred to the property which would not move the day even though I reached out within minutes of the booking. I am definitely not using Hotels.com again. Very disappointed, was charged but not there."

"The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. I used the fitness center and it was very clean and fairly well equipped with a treadmill, bike, stair climber, elliptical machine, and a multi-training machine. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants and other stores. The breakfast was ok, but the eggs and potatoes were not good. I had a bagel and cream cheese, which was very good. "

"I booked thru 3rd party, weekday stay, not a sold out day. traveling with small children I was "refused" requested 1st floor room, which there were plenty, to help with accessibility needs. Desk agent offered help carrying bags up "stairs" but said his manager would not allow him to change to a first floor room due to 3rd party booking. I called directly to get a price match and they refused... This was one of the most expensive places to stay in town. I booked my return trip stay a week later at Best Western down the street thru same 3rd party booking and somehow Best Western "WAS" able to accommodate my 1st floor accessibility needs. Greedy management has kept me from booking here ever again."
