"Our flight required us to be at the airport at 3 am, so we didn't use the shuttle so I can't comment. The staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was clean and close to the airport. The problem is parking. I guess since many people leave their car there when they travel, there isn't enough parking. We went out at 1 am and 30 min later, when we returned, our spot was taken and the lot was full. But I would stay there again."

"Did not like had to take shuttle to/from the airport parking lot to the hotel since the people mover closed. Was way more convenient to walk out the door onto the people mover directly into the airport. Hard to believe its cheaper to pay for more busses and drivers than just maintaining the walkway."

"While our stay was otherwise pleasant, it ended with a serious security issue that should never happen at any hotel. At approximately 7:30 a.m. on the morning of checkout, a man used a working key card to open our room door, claiming he had previously stayed there and left his shoes behind. Whether he was given a new key or his old key was never deactivated, neither explanation is acceptable. Thankfully, our dog immediately started barking and charging toward the door, causing him to stop before...

"Hotel is currently being renovated & rebranded. There was no signage on the building & its exterior is in disrepair so I was unsure if it was the right place. My room was updated nicely & quite comfortable which is what really matters in the end. Continental breakfast was sparse, but that’s ok."

"Definitely does not look as presented on the website. Rooms are very out dated, has a very questionable elevator that does have its permit displayed. Pool and hot tub are out of commission. Hallways are very short, I’m 5’9 and can touch the ceiling with my arms not even halfway raised. Bathroom has a walk in shower that is half glass and half curtain, and the curtain doesn’t go fully to the floor so water splashes out and soaks the floor."

"This is the best value I have ever experienced at a hotel. From the kind staff to the HUGE TV to the fireplace I could not believe what a value this hotel was I would recommend it to anyone. The Hampton being full down the road was the best thing that ever happened because it allowed me to discover the Wexford."

"Hotel was very clean beds were comfy will stay there again. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly."

"Love the convient location to places I need to frequent. Easy on and off the interstate. I had a better stay compared to last year when remodeling was going on strong. Stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Loved the shower, without the tub. The breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty choices. Staff was very friendly. I hope the remodeling includes refreshing the seat covering in the dining area. They are thread bare."
