"The inside of the condo is fine / recently updated and staff very friendly and helpful. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach. Have to drive at least 5 mins to any amenities and the beach. Jolly Harbour is OK...but would not recommend staying there if you are not needing harbor access "

"Very comfortable accommodation for a family of 5 (sofa bed for the 5th) but spacious villa, equipped kitchen, clean and quiet. The only thing missing was a baking sheet but we improvised. Majorie was very accommodating. Would we return? Definitely!"

"Having been to Jolly Harbour, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked. The area around the villa was well maintained with amenities nearby including a bus stop to take you to town. "There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. "It's a great location with a very relaxed atmosphere. If you want to cook the utilities are limited. The door is funky with two bolt locks and no knob. You can't shut the door without a key. I don't like it. The staff was excellent. It's a very short walk to the beach. The beach is really great. The wifi is slow with two people using it. I would rent here again. "

"We had the best time at Neem View. Our 2 bed apartment was spacious and well equipped. We loved the pool and used it many times over our 3 week stay.
