Where do I start? I came here from Texas for my birthday trip and had an amazing experience with my 4 days stay. I just want to highlight that Staff are amazing!!! From front desk to house keeping. I had the privilege room with butler service. They all have such positive attitude anytime of the day. They made my stay 100 times worth it. Loads of fun activities.Omg I can’t even rave about it enough. They have literally the best Resturants and food is sooo tasty. Take this from me, I’m usual very critical on food with origins from a country that uses spicies a lot. (Nigeria).Everyone made sure my trip was going great and if there was something I needed to make it better, they got it done. The resort itself is so beautiful and grounds well kept. I couldn’t ask for a better stay for my birthday, especially with me being so picky with standards of hotels etc. I will like to give a special shout out to my front desk check in, Nichola. She is so so so amazing! She made sure we were well taken care of immediately. She even set up my birthday dinner reservations without me even knowing and just had my butler inform me. I was so elated. She showed up at the restaurant surprised me and even did a birthday display for me. She basically was there for me every step of the way!
Also huge shoutout to my butler Andre, my house keeping team Shaneil, Jahiem. Butlers who helped with my rides Omarion, Keith! Spa service Amoya and her girls were super sweet as well.
