"My stay here was not pleasant. I had reserved a double queen room which was fine. But I also reserved a king suite. I was given the keys. The first set didn’t work and neither did the second . Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience."

"Terrible staff. The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!"

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated"

"We got in for a long day of traveling at 1am, they had a free shuttle that picked us up at the airport, the staff at the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful! The room was chilled and very comfortable, free breakfast that was available but we missed it because we slept in :) The fitness center is great, has Eve you need to get a good workout in, including a Peloton. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"The walls are very thin at this hotel.
The people above us thought it was a good idea to let their children run up and down the room and jump on the beds for an hour at 9:30 pm. There are 4 hotels on this block and this is the only property that makes you pay to park."

"I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.

"The coffee maker in room didn't work HOWEVER 24 coffee in lobby with all the fixings!! We had a late check in when I h g rewards , able to have a late checkout as well.
Very accommodating , very friendly , don't light a nice hotel , but in a a scaled back efficient way that made it a perfect blend of luxury and affordability in a pinch! Very easy to get to car rental places and DIA! On my list as a stay again when traveling there."
