"The hotel it’s ok, very clean and with a lot of space in the room, but honestly, when it comes to security, it leaves a lot to be desired. Because of the time we arrived, we had to park inside the hotel grounds but far from the main entrance, and when we left in the morning, our SUV was scratched. To be honest, I am very disappointed."

"We experienced water outages on all three days of our stay, and I am very disappointed. We paid for good service, and this is not the level of service we expected. When I called the front desk, the staff responded in a rude and unprofessional manner. About 30 minutes later, a maintenance technician arrived and told us that the issue occurred because the property was fully occupied. Regardless of the reason, this situation was unacceptable and significantly affected our stay."

"Good breakfast but area was small and often crowded. Clean room but one of the A/C units often had a moldy smell. Bathroom door was hard to close without force, which caused loud slams. Business center computers did not work. We were advised to use the online printing services, which was not easy to use and in the end did not print the right documents."
