"Situated on an amazing island and in a beautiful national park; but resort looks a bit tired and in need of a good clean and spruce up. Beach cabin room was lovely right on the beach but no bedside lamps or low lighting. Main restaurant food was good but pricey; Foxy’s bar / casual eatery was great with awesome views - our fave spot. Overall a good experience in an amazing natural environment but could have been better with some small improvements."

"A two night stay at the Malanda Lodge recently was an absolute pleasure. Set amongst one of the most picturesque tropical settings in North Queensland, the Lodge offers one of the best overnight stays we have experienced, Tranquil, wonderful staff, a superb continental breakfast made the stay a memorable experience. Recommend putting the Lodge at the top of your list when travelling through the Atherton Tablelands."

"Staff were excellent and very helpful. Very nice place. Room was not that clean found raper on floor and not dirty behind the doors. Food was nice but not alot of variety if staying for a longer period than 2 days."

"We were unfortunately late for check-in and went to the bar as directed by the sign. First person wasn't overly helpful as we weren't sent a code however another staff member was able to help us and give us access to our room and provide information, offer drinks, food even though it was close to kitchen closing time. Rest of stay, staff were friendly, room had a view of the beach but parking was limited and had to park in vacant block across the road because there was not marked parking and...
