"The hotel is nice. The courtyard area is a great place to relax and socialize. The thermostat in our room was not working. The refrigerator was also not cold enough to store anything that required proper refrigeration. The front desk said that they were not actually fridges but coolers. They offered to take our items and put it in a proper refrigerator. Not convenient for things like medication. They should not advertise that they have refrigerators because they actually don’t!"

"It is what it is. This is an older hotel with small rooms that has been well maintained. The staff was excellent, the rooms were well cared for and clean and there was a bar/restaurant on site. I would stay there again for the price. It is not a 5 star expensive hotel, nor does it pretend to be. But the breakfast was good, I felt safe and the rooms were clean (which is a HUGE factor for me). I recommend it as long as you understand what you are getting."

"Most hotel beds are hard and uncomfortable, not at the Garden Inn. The mattresses are amazingly comfortable. I didn’t wake up with a sore back like I do at most other hotels."

"Greeted upon arrival by very friendly staff. Great start! Room was fine but the bathtub did not look super clean. There were a few hairs in there. Bed was good and made up well. Hallways did not smell great . Maybe a bad scented cleaner . My daughter thought it smelled like olives. Breakfast was adequate. We stayed there a number of years ago and thought it was great. It seems that it has gone a bit downhill since then."

"Smooth sailing, well kept and nice room size."
