"Didn’t receive any check in details so when we arrived I had to call them and they sent it to me. Fire alarm for building went off on our last morning as another guest burnt some toasts. Not the fault of the apartment but might have been nice to have received an email post-event given we were outbound for a while, had fire alarm going off for 2 hours and no working lift when we went to leave. Handy to sights and historic city "

"Zimmer bei Ankunft sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Leider war unser Zimmer über der Garagen Einfahrt die unnötig laut schließt und daher etwas unangenehm. Umgebung ist sehr zentral mit sehr guten Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Was natürlich aber auch bedingt, dass die Leute auf den Gassen etwas Geräusche machen. Dafür wohnt man eben mitten im Geschehen. Die Kathedrale ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, der Markt in 5. Zum Strand nahmen wir ein Taxi für...

"Massiver Baulärm an zwei von vier Tagen hatte meinen Schlaf ab 07:30 beendet. Wenn Bauarbeiten geplant sind, kann ich nicht das angrenzende Appartement vermieten. Tausend Entschuldigungen helfen mir da nicht weiter. "

"La ubicación es buena, pero desde el momento de la reserva deberian informar q los vehículos particulares no pueden ingresar a la zona. El olor de cañeria del apartamento es muy fuerte. De la ducha se sale toda el agua, se inunda el baño y la ducha es manual, es decir, se debe utilizar como regadera con la mano porqué si se coloca en la pared colgada se sale mas el agua."

"Stayed at the penthouse, spotlessly clean, comfortable, quality furniture and bath. If you want good coffee (Nescafe Dolce Vita appliance and pads available), bring your (Induction!) Bialetti or just go outside. Roof terrace is exclusive but up the stairs out the flat door. Quiet if you shut windows amd switch on A/C, otherwise cam get quite noisy. Definitely recommend for the quality, cleanliness, comfort and location, location, location "

"My experience from check in to check out was great! The front desk staff were courteous (well, I guess that’s a given at any hotel, but I’ve been at certain hotels that were not the case), very helpful and knowledgeable. The room that I got had an amazing view, the location of the hotel is just outside of the ‘central hub’ but still very walkable. Overall, I had a great time and hopefully will be back very soon!"

"Smallish room, clean but minimal. Was totally like a cabin on a cruise ship. Missed having a mini fridge. Comfy bed. Manuel on the front desk was good checking in, great sense of humor. "
