"Although on pictures the room looked immaculate, in person this was not the case. The shower floor was dirty, the towels smelt really bad. The room didn’t feel clean, bed was really uncomfortable and woke up with white fluff all over my socks and pj’s. There was no running hot water in the bathroom and although I WhatsApped the team, they said maintenance would come the next day, by then I was checking out!
