"Staff was amazing except the evening/night staff at the desk did lose our room service order for the next morning. Inconvenient, but not that big of a deal. Beautiful views, little bit of noise from the airport but not that bad."

"Didnt appreciate the big sales push when checking in. Tried to get us to go to a meeting to push sales pitch on us with a cost and of $198. Offered discounts in the area but no coupons or the like. Hilton states free internet but you’re paying $25 a day in fees for it. Also there was no mention of the free shuttles in the area that will take you all over Sedona to trail heads. Still a great location with great views and very clean and nice amenities!"

"I loved this hotel. The staff is amazing. They accommodated our request for an extra night and discounted the rate when I'm sure they could have made more with a new occupant. The room was immaculate, the amenities excellent, and the bed was comfy. My only minor criticism is that the tub/shower combo was not textured so it was very slippery. There was no grab bar and no rubber bath mat. I will bring one of my own next time. 😊"

"Property was well located. Rooms and property are dated with older cabinetry, etc. Parking can be challenging. Didn't like the marketing pitch for a timeshare seminar -- compensation offered was different for each participant depending on how much you paid for your room. Early check out at 10am was a little rushed. If we would have participated in the 9am sales pitch, we would have had to check out by 8:45am which did not work for us. No later checkout for attending sales pitch. The sale solicitation really dragged out the check-in process."

"This property was very dated for the cost, it was very disappointing for a Courtyard property. The bathrooms didn’t feel clean, the carpets are old and worn out. I was looking forward to leaving the property as quickly as possible, due to the outdated rooms. The location isn’t ideal as well, it’s right at the start of town, a little far from everything."
