Staff was nice and check in was smooth. We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we were woken up at 4am by loud talking and laughter from the hallway. By 6am I called the front desk about the noise. That same day we saw that the elevator was not working (and didn’t work for the rest of our stay) We were on the 4th floor with 2 elderly ladies who had a hard time going up and down those stairs. Overall the hotel was nice but there were inconveniences with our stay.

The hotel is nice overall but the laundry issue where there is mounds of laundry in the hallway is excessive. Customer service is was great and the room overall was clean and unkept. It appears that they’re short staffed.

its not a 24hrs front desk they closes at 9pm… But we easily accessed our key thru a lock box… the room is so spacious, clean with full size appliances in the kitchen, utensils are clean. What a gem! We will definitely book again 👍

I was there to meet my son thats in the military. I haven't seen him for 2 years so I wanted to cook for him. We had everything we needed. We got to enjoy a great dinner. Then we had a movie night and snacks. Its like a little apartment. It was like home away from home. The staff knocked it put of the park. They were the best! We will be staying at stayapt anytime we can.
