"The check-in process was extremely frustrating. It required multiple phone calls telling me I'd receive links to confirm check in which didn't come through. Even with all the phone calls to confirm, the process the check-in confirmation was not provided until two hours after the scheduled check-in time. "No issues, clean small room with AC, friendly staff and option to leave bags after checkout. Amenities were a little lacking such as toilet paper (very thin), very basic body wash and shampoo. Cleaning chemicals used were also not pleasant. Overall good hotel, minor things, would stay again."

"Our kids had an absolute ball, staff were lovely, and had everything we needed. Unfortunately for us we went for the 2 days this year that we got torrential rain and suddenly chilly winds, bad luck for us. We were unable to do mini golf, go carts, or jumping pillow as they were closed off. Kids loved the splash pad so really happy that was still able to be used. Great value for money though, hope to go back when it’s sunny!!!"

"Amazing hotel and room. The room was spotless, and the ocean view was absolutely spectacular — easily one of the best on the Gold Coast. The kitchen was well equipped with quality appliances, cutlery, plates and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were quiet, and the facilities were excellent including the heated pool, multiple spas, sauna, steam room, gym and rooftop BBQ area.
