"The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast was okay, but nothing particularly special. The rooms are quite small, which is typical of European-style hotels, so if you prefer more space, I would recommend booking a suite. The hotel also has an elevator, which is very convenient, and a restaurant downstairs. Overall, a great location with wonderful staff...

"Lovely hotel and very well appointed room. Staff were welcoming and breakfast good. Well located, but be aware Ubers can’t access the road directly outside the hotel. We had a superior room with city view and balcony. Whilst the room was lovely, a view of the building opposite and a balcony you can only stand on was not my idea of what this would entail! Haven’t seen the other rooms by comparison but not sure it was worth the extra money for what it provided."

"We stayed for five nights. The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the Sete Rios station where there are buses, trains and metro. The best restaurant is a few meters down the sidewalk called Napolis for a quick bite and to mingle with neighbors and watch a match. The spa is nice and services there are professional in a top notch tranquil setting. The doormen and porters work hard to please. My husband left his jacket in the Evra bar and we got it returned to our room within a few...

"Beautiful hotel, loved the Portuguese tiles mounted as artwork. Lovely courtyard pool with adjacent restaurant that was quite good. I was surprised by and still don’t understand a hotel of this quality not servicing the rooms daily. My first shower revealed a completely empty body wash dispenser, so that was never checked. I spoke to the desk about it, but it wasn’t taken care of. The conditioner was almost empty. The towels were almost ratty and gray. I couldn’t appreciate the tiny...
