"Worst rental of my life. There were so many problems, but the most egregious was was the broken bed that we were provided that collapsed when my son sat on it. Our best guess is that the single support point (a block of wood, and this was the fanciest bed; the other three mattresses are either stacked on packing pallets or the floor) had been off center for quite a while, leaving the frame unsupported every time it was used until it finally cracked.
