"Hotel very clean and well maintained. room very comfortable. We were extremely surprised and disappointed however that a 4star hotel did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee is available in the restaurant/cafe, obviously at a cost, on top of a pricey room only booking (in excess of £500 for 3 nights). We happily paid this, however felt we were denied the choice of having a hot drink on rising."
